Transaction of Municipal Debts Registered in the Active Debt Registry

Our team has prepared a Legal Alert about the "Get Up-to-Date" Program from the City of São Paulo, which allows you to renegotiate municipal debts registered as outstanding debt, with discounts of up to 95% on interest and fines and the possibility of installment payments in up to 120 months, for debts incurred up to 12/31/2024.

For businesses and taxpayers with outstanding debts to the municipality, the program can represent a good opportunity, provided that the conditions and exceptions foreseen are evaluated. In the complete material, our Tax team explains the main points and provides guidance on the next steps.
