Electronic labor domicile will be the only means of sending notifications

Since last year, many companies have received official notifications from the Ministry of Labor informing that all communications regarding Labor Inspections – including administrative acts, infraction reports and FGTS debts – will now be carried out exclusively through the Electronic Labor Domicile (DET).

The migration to DET will be completed by the end of February 2025. During this period, the eCPMR System will adopt measures to expand the dissemination of DET and ensure the effectiveness of notifications. The objective of this change is to reduce the processing time of administrative processes, reduce operational costs and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of tax notifications and communication with companies.

We recommend that your company checks whether it is already registered in the system and monitors the platform regularly to avoid missing any deadlines or important information.
