Pedro Bernardini has almost 25 years of experience in the area of Corporate Law, having worked in renowned Brazilian law firms during this period. He has extensive experience in advising foreign and domestic companies on their entry into the Brazilian market, through greenfield projects, joint ventures, acquisition of domestic companies or establishment of partnerships with local players. Pedro also works on divestiture operations for domestic and foreign clients.
During this period, it accumulated dozens of operations in the most diverse sectors, such as technology, construction, media, food and home appliances, as well as industrial, automotive, chemical and agricultural, having served a considerable number of North American, European, Asian and Brazilian clients.
Due to his deep involvement with the client’s business and his multidisciplinary knowledge of law, he is also frequently sought by our clients for ongoing advice on corporate and contract law issues, as well as complex negotiations. Pedro has extensive experience in assisting throughout the negotiation process, from structuring the deal and drafting the contractual instruments to providing support during negotiations. Due to his extensive experience with clients from other jurisdictions, he is prepared to understand contracts established in other legal systems and adapt them to the Brazilian system.
