Pedro Bernardini has more than 25 years of experience in the practice of Corporate Law, having worked in renowned Brazilian law firms during this period. He has extensive experience in advising foreign and domestic companies on their entry into the Brazilian market, through greenfield projects, joint ventures, acquisition of domestic companies or establishment of partnerships with local players.
