Monica Moya Martins Wolff

Partner responsible for the civil litigation and arbitration area at Simões Ribeiro, Mônica graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo and has over 25 years of solid experience in the area of Civil and Real Estate Law.

Her professional career encompasses a variety of cases involving litigation and arbitration, establishing her as a reference in the segment. She stands out as a versatile professional, capable of dealing with highly complex legal challenges, and is recognized by her clients for her commitment to excellence, strategic approach and innovative theses with effective success in court.

Throughout her career, Mônica has played a key role in litigation and arbitration cases, with expertise in areas such as contract law, consumer law, real estate law, preventive consulting, legal audits and negotiations. Her performance in the Superior Courts is equally notable, including her ability to deliver oral arguments.

She is currently the rapporteur for the Deontological Panel of the Ethics Court of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section (TED I).
