Carolina Mendeleh has almost 20 years of experience in Business Law, having worked in renowned Brazilian law firms throughout her career in the contractual, corporate and M&A areas.
Recognized for her analytical skills, multidisciplinary approach and ability to conduct complex negotiations, Carolina stands out in contractual practice and in business operations of different sizes and sectors, advising national and foreign clients on structuring deals, drafting contractual instruments and providing support throughout the negotiation period.
