Pedro Schiesser Bernardini

Pedro Bernardini has almost 25 years of experience in the area of Business Law, having worked in renowned Brazilian law firms during this period. Pedro has vast experience in advising foreign and national companies entering the Brazilian market, either through green field projects, joint ventures, acquisition of national companies or partnerships with local players. Pedro also operates in divestment operations for domestic and foreign clients.

During this period, he accumulated dozens of operations in the technology, industrial, automotive, construction, chemical, media, food, home appliances and agricultural sectors, having served a considerable number of North American, European, Asian and Brazilian clients.

Due to his deep involvement with the client's business and his multidisciplinary law knowledge, Pedro is also frequently sought by our clients for recurrent advice on corporate and contract law matters and in complex negotiations. His experience extends to collaborating throughout the negotiation process, from the structuring of the deal, elaboration of the contractual instruments and support during the negotiations. As result of his experience with clients from other jurisdictions, Pedro advises clients on adapting contracts governed by foreign law to the Brazilian system.
